One of my personal favourites is the Glenworth Valley, which I’ve found through http://www.alistguide.com.au/activities/nsw/abseiling/glenworth_valley_outdoor_adventures.html. The nature’s really beautiful and you’ve got lots of route options.
You should look for a cruiser or a comfort bike. These bikes have high-rise handlebars that help you to sit up and lean back so you won't be hunched over. They also have wide tires for a smooth ride, few gears, and shock-absorbing forks and seat posts.

Hey Stanm, A great idea actually, but I read somewhere that while installing you can use SLIME as a lubricant and tire sealant. Running slime in the tire and the high pressure tube will be more beneficial than usual, like you do not need to check the tires for at least month. Without slime, the tire...
