Re: Basket Cases

Looks good David. I have just made a CR 430 Husky crank remover to use on a Husky motor that someone gave to me to fix for them. The kickstart idler gear was broken and that side crank case had a big crack in it too. Then I had to make one to get the crank back in.

Re: Basket Cases

That looks like a really good score there David. It is surprising how much NOS stuff is still out there for :Bultaco:s.

Thanks for that Matt and Justin. There are some very interesting bikes and drawings in that lot. Cheers Graham. :Bultaco:

Re: Allowable carburetors for vintage trials

Hi Brent. Yes the OKO carbies are fine. An RL Suzuki is in the Post Classic class not the Classic class and there is no restrictions on carbs in the Post Classic class. Any modern carb is okay. Graham.

Re: Italjet

It may help to say if it is the first model all green one or the next model white one.

Re: Basket Cases

You could of at least put a new nut on the torque arm where it bolts to the backing plate David. Or replated the old one. Looks good though! :Bultaco: :Bultaco: :Bultaco: =D> =D> =D>

Re: Basket Cases

You are right David. They are a 187 (250), 188 (350) and the 189 which was a 175cc one. We didn`t see those 175s over here I think. I think that middle one in Johns photos could be the 175.
