The minutes you rinse out the molasses it will begin to rust, so need coating as soon as possible.

I did my Greeves tank with a sealant 20 yrs ago. Bee Knees stuff at the Time. Now just crumbling, every 12 months, jar of nuts and bolts poured in and shaken, to remove flaking. Fergy Tank was a soldered up, by local 'old school' radiator shop, 18 years and no problems. Hope the Series 3 landy tank ...

My old style Kill switch on the Greeves puts it to earth when pressed.
Is this how the magnetic ones works, can use existing wire,
or will I have to change things.

Fantic section melted in shed fire at work, two weeks ago.
Have a Flywheel extractor from UK and some carby gaskets if anyone interested.
