Re: Basket Cases

Hi everyone, Bloody great score there Greg. Having restored a few :yamaha TY175’s I am reasonably familiar with TY parts. I have studied both photos Greg and I see a part that looks like a hook between the back end of the exhaust and the engine side cover in the second photo, but I can’t find it in ...

Re: Shock rebuild

Hi Gillberg,
A lot of people in Brisbane use RAD shock repairs at Moorooka including a lot of VMX guys. I have used him a few times & very reasonable price & quick turn around. He really knows his stuff.

Re: Basket Cases

Hi Everyone,

David, i just thought I would check the plethora of :ossa clutch springs I have, but they are even more heavy duty, but the MAR only run five springs instead of :kawasaki KT 6 clutch springs.

Re: Basket Cases

Hi Everyone,

Phil you are correct. The end of the shaft has been machined down where the spline was. Someone has been at it well before it came into my hands.

Re: Basket Cases

Hi everyone, Don, I don’t think those wheels are anything trials??... Any progress photos on the :yamaha TY rebuild? David, one of the :kawasaki KT fork caps would be great please and thank you again for the :yamaha TY/DT clutch springs. I’ll just have to glue up the holes on the :kawasaki KT fork c...

Re: Is anyone else having trouble staying logged in!

Hi everyone,
David, I’m having exactly the same problem. Have to copy and paste the text & quickly do photos and cross fingers that it doesn’t time out while photos are uploading.
VERY frustrating.. I think that was under 2 minutes!?

Re: Basket Cases

Hi Everyone, David that would be great if you had some spare TY175 clutch springs. Would you also have a spare TY250 scree in fork top as well? One of mine is very burred.. I’ll get some photos up shortly. Welcome Cota123. That is a shame they through those parts out, because sometimes people with t...
