When I got my Beta EVO it had been fitted with 2 thicker clutch plates in order to give it a much more aggressive take up. After putting in 2 normal plates back into the stack this really helped with clutch feel. :mrgreen:

Had the same problem with mine about 4 months ago so if you end up doing the fix could you report back with your results? Mine (2010 EVO) grabs a little bit but it really does vary when it actually drags, sometimes the bike will be perfectly still with the clutch in and other times it's a little bit...

Yeah the kill switch would be a great place to start. What type of kill switch is the bike currently fitted with?
