Re: Vintage yamaha yb100 info

Just a quick word of warning. Don't try any trials on the yb100. I had one years ago and snapped the frame from pulling monos/wheeelies. I welded it up but it was never the same again.( I think no down tube in the frame is the weakness)

Re: Trials Nirvana

A question for subanator. When you try a section like that do you go at it hard or do you take each obsticle in isolation? ( this is a genuine question from someone that has never competed or even been to a competition).I think that some of the twin shock guys might be a bit afraid of the time and m...

Re: TY250 T/S Carb Inlet Tube Replacement

Yes david I do. but the beurocrats are slowly getting there. I must say though most of the shire ( Byron Bay ) is quite strictly policed but there are a few areas ( hipiesville) that are just left to their own devices. So the bush trails never get graded and are mostly washed out making it great for...

Re: TY250 T/S Carb Inlet Tube Replacement

I am surprised you needed to buy one new David, I never throw any of those old bits out. Even if I had I could point you in the direction of atleast 10 broken down rusty cruisers in the bush. I think what stork955 was getting at, was to think outside the square when it comes to replacement parts. Ch...

Re: OKO flatslide

Thanks mate, it looks like a tin of worms that I don't want / need to open so I'll stick with what I've got until I know it needs changing. Out of interest what would one cost from your good self for my bike?

Re: Jason Hill & Jack Field Freestyle Backflip Youtube Vid

I feel sorry for the bikes. I must remember those names though. Mainly so I can make sure not to buy a bike from them.

David, don't you sometimes feel ashamed of the information you hold in your brain. Don't get me wrong I think its great. ( All meant in good humour ).
