Re: Anyone got picture's of a TY 175 Exhaust cut in half.

If you don't get the photos you want, I would build it so as you can undo it again and try out a few different ideas.

Re: NT riders

Out of interest I tried to do a search by location but I don't think it can be. Why don't you pm keith to see if he can make that available in the member search area. I know I would find it useful also.

Good luck

Where to source spares

Can anyone tell me where to get spares such as gasget and water seals for a montesa 315r. I don't know if they are all available in Australia or do I have to send away for them from overseas. If the motorbike shop will have to send away for them I would rather do that myself as my brother lives near...

Re: CT185 trials bike photo - for Gordon

Ive also got a ct200 in bits for spares. it does have pull and electric start. but my ct185 has cdi. there is actualy alot of differences in the 200/185. wheel, forks, axle, brakes, electric etc. but with a bit of tape and a hammer you get most of the bits to be interchangable.

Re: CT185 trials bike photo - for Gordon

WOW they realy are one of the most beautiful bikes ever made aren't they, just look at those long flowing lines and sleak curves. Its a good job no one else knows this fact otherwise we might have to start paying more than $200 dollars for a complete running bike!!! On a serious note though, thanks ...

Re: TY250 T/S Carb Inlet Tube Replacement

hi all,
just so you know, if the fj40 fits then so will the fj45, fj55, fj60, fj70, fj73, fj75, fj80
all these had the same radiator hose diameter. and I think by memory so do any of the petrol patrols, not sure about any others but I'm sure there would be many.

cheers, Gordon

Re: Road Rego on a Trials Bike?

I don't know about Qld but in nsw you need a vin plate (vehicle identification number) trials bikes and motocross bikes don't come with one as they were never intended for road use. I know some ty's came with them but they are the exception not the rule. To get a vin plate the manufactures need to p...
