Sherco wins first stage of Dakar Rally

As the Dakar Rally continues to evolve towards the goal of 450cc machinery only in 2011, new manufacturers are taking notice and trying to gain a foothold in the historic sport. Sherco has done just that with a victory in the first stage as David Casteu piloted his SE 4.5i ahead of the larger 690 KT...

Re: Cat Yellow 175

Re: My other bike MX400B 1975

No photo shop. I bought it to ride it and that is what I am doing. My TY is too good to ride so I don't want two show bikes. Turtle the mega was heading past me although I held him off down the straight (only because he didn't want to go into the bog hole). It was a practice day so no racing but as ...

Re: My other bike MX400B 1975

Hey Mtbrider. Sensational job........ looks like it was just wheeled out of the showroom door. What did it look like when you got it? Like my TY250B this is how it came. George did a fantastic job of doing it up. I have worked out that it is better financially to buy them already done. Well...

My other bike MX400B 1975

Had a great day for some one who has never ridden motocross and only trials 30 years ago. Some pics http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj227/trevando/1975YamahaMX400B004.jpg http:/...

That's amazing. How does the bike not break or pop the tyre from those drops.

Re: Where are they now?

The guy 4th from the right looks like my cousin. Although in 74 I think he was running a Husky. And that is obviously not.

He lived across the street from me his house adjoined the Seven Hills bushland.

Where was the photo taken.
