Re: ty 250 mono aftermarket parts

It was a Jap import and I think all the modifications were done in Japan;the airbox, shortened inlet, later piston?,Kato silencer, head work, weight removed from the flywheel, remote canister shock and maybe more that I didn't notice
I don't think it had been used as a Tokyo commuter.

Re: ty 250 mono aftermarket parts

A bit closer look at the airbox it was made of fibreglass and used a standard filter element, the outlet of the airbox was elliptical with a short offset stepped carby connector, a pretty good low restriction design for the allowable area

Re: TLR Carbie

Hey Joe, Translated does this mean Toby should ring Oko Aust in great haste to see if they have a suitable roundslide carby for the TLR.

Good luck to everyone in the trial and may the best Bully win(if theres one there)

Re: Ty 350

G'day Guy, I recently did up a TY250 mono and found John Cane had everything, good bloke to deal with and has the RIGHT parts, not something that might fit. Although I did source some gearbox bearings through a local bearing dealer. http://www.tytrials.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return ...
