Re: Great Youtube Vids for Newbies

Hi from QLD Dr Peter. Our club (WDTC) has run a few Gate Trials now and they are a lot of fun and they are completely different to a normal trial. We run them with a possible 11 points in every section so we can use a normal score card which if you add up the 0,1,2,3 and 5 adds up to 11. We are hopi...

Re: Magazine Articles

Wow! Those horsepower figures should have everyone shaking in their boots! I know I could just be a tad biased towards one brand of Trials Bike but I don`t care. Dare I actually say it but between the two bikes in this comparison I`d rather ride the Imitation Spanish Trials Bike!

Re: Basket Cases

Greg I`m very sorry to inform you that you have now diseased a very good front brake arm on that Imitation Spanish Trials bike! That looks to me like a :Bultaco: front brake arm on that thing which calls itself a trials bike but is in fact not a trials bike. I feel sorry for you and I hope you will ...

Re: Magazine Articles

Here is an article in that great magazine that most of us bought and read every issue. I know I did and it even had a Trials page at the back at one stage. This one even features a real Trials Bike in it. A :Bultaco: of course!

Re: Basket Cases

Well Greg why would I be interested in a primary case that has the kickstart shaft on the wrong side and it won`t even fit on a real trials bike! A :Bultaco: of course! Just saying. Hope you have a good time if you are riding in the Victorian and the Aussie Titles over the next couple of weekends. G...

Re: Basket Cases

It was good to have a Tasmanian riding in our trial Greg. Well ridden to Kurt as well. I hope you enjoyed the terrain at Meringandan and you are enjoying Surfers Paradise. You should of been on a :Bultaco: though Kurt! 8)

Re: Assessment 1 Competency? HAHA!!!!

Up Here in Queensland the MQ Trials Sub Committee pays all the under 13 entry fees. This means all of the children under 13 don`t have to pay any entry fees for any Trials. The 13 to 16 age group pay half the adult fees. We did this to try and attract more kids into the sport and so far it seems to ...

Re: Basket Cases

The M213 Alpina had a eight head holes in them with a 83.2mm bore and a 64mm stroke. I can`t remember if the one I had in the late 70`s had a head gasket or not though.
