Forums upgrade

Postby keithj » Sat Mar 05, 2005 6:26 am

Howdy all,

I plan to upgrade these forums to a newer version (actually 13 version upgrades in one go - wot, me slack? :P ) sometime this weekend.

If it goes well it should only be for a few hours, probably Sat night. If it's still offline on Monday you'll know something 'orrible has happened and I'll be frantically trying to restore it to its former state.

Cross your fingers.... [-o<

Well that was pretty painless! 90 minutes later and all done!

Since that went so well I might see what new features I can install!

Keith

The users online is there but doesn't show the ID's of those actually logged in. As a direct result of this failure on your behalf!!!!!! Scorps snuck up on me and stole the first red plate by getting 100 posts before me!!!

Accordingly, I wish to lodge a protest with the stewards and have him penalised 5 posts!!!

ps. sorry for hogging the bandwidth but it was all his fault!!!!

What if you click the title "Who is Online"? Does that take you to a screen that shows the users?
