Why would you want to put a huge seat on a trials bike?

Postby richardr » Wed Feb 07, 2007 5:13 pm

Just came across this site. . . A company that makes aftermarket seats for trials bikes . The seats are bigger than a lounge chair!!

Why would anyone want to do that to a perfectly good tials bike, I wonder?

Comfy seats

After riding the Scottish a few years ago I would put up with looking a bit daft for that extra comfort, 100's of miles over the moors in all weather gives a whole new slant on monkey bum

Richard

Your question could be answered with....... I have a big comfy..........

I can tell you, after after owning one of these seats it is a great thing for learners or (if you have one) your mrs to learn to ride. If anyone has a seat for a Scorpa give me a yell as MRScorps is about to take over my SY when the SYF becomes the Vic demo. I can ride standing up but she likes to start off sitting.

a seat on a trials bike is good, thats why i kept my ty,because it has a seat.

Some times, if your rideing for fun,you may have to ride a few kays to get to the sections you want to muck around on.Its good to be able to rest the legs and sit down.

TY80 a model side cover and air box tube wanted.
