Dont know the face, but the riding style looks familiar !
Back in those days,
1. no helmets required.
2. no footwear requirement.
3. one piece riding gear were only skin coloured.
4.If you got really excited about your riding or fancied an observer it was obvious.
5.A quick dab was often missed by an observer if the riders were well equiped.
