Approx 10 years ago I had a TY 175 stolen from a secure garage in Scarborough, Qld and did all the usual stuff , reported it to the police plus put the details on this website but nothing ever eventuated from that.
10 years later I'm still wondering what happened to that bike.
It was a TY 175 orange tank etc and was a C model, Engine number 525 - 106392 with the same frame number.
With the resurgence of TY's in the SE Qld area over the last few years I'm wondering if the bike or parts of the bike have re-emerged in the hands of a totally innocent new owner.
If anyone can throw any light on its whereabouts I would be eternally grateful and please be assured no action would be taken against a perfectly innocent new owner, I just want to close the book.
Anyone in possession of this bike or parts should realise now that they are in possession of stolen goods and would be better to discuss the matter with me rather than the police, because one day it will be found. !!
Can I ask owners of TY 175's to check their eng/fr no's to verify its legitimacy or to provide some info to me, thanks.

Re: Stolen TY 175
Just had a look and all I found were TY175JCs (1N4-*******) and a B (525-003013) which has kept me company since 1976
relax, nothing is under control
