Hi Guys,

i am new to the forum and would like a bit of help i am repairing a montesa 247 76 i believe i am wondering if anyone knows what thickness the crank case gasket should be i lost the original and threebond doesn't work lol

You can get one from InMotion in England, price and shipping not too bad - I just bought one - too difficult/time consuming to make one. Can measure it if you really want to make your own - as it is I should have bought the whole rebuild set instead of bit by bit, would have saved quite a few dollars on shipping, but didn't know I was going to split the cases when I ordered the side cover gaskets.

Bultaco and Montesa crankcase centre gaskets are 0.5mm


relax, nothing is under control
