Re: Parts for TY 250 C
In some cases 38mm forks can be fitted to TS bikes, simply by fitting different size head race bearings and making a couple of simple spacers. Eg: Beta 38mm forks with 26mm OD steering stem fit straight into a TS Fantic frame, with a 5mm spacer under each bearing in the headstock, and even use the stock Beta rubber grease seals. Other bikes might need a longer steering stem, but in nearly every case its pretty simple to add 10-12mm to the length, by making and welding in an extender in the centre of the spindle.

Sorry but it is not a Fantic, the owner does not live in the UK, Beta 38mm forks are not an economical purchase here, it will need work done in a machine shop and needs to have drum brakes

Re: Parts for TY 250 C
I wonder what machining is needed to fit modern forks to a TY? Not fitted any to TY myself, but here in the UK 38mm forks seem a much better choice than 36mm from TY Mono, so curious to know whats involved?

Hello FM350,
Can you check your translator settings on your internet explorer please? I think maybe what you are reading is different to what we are reading and that could just be a setting that you can adjust.

FM350 you are on very thin ice. You have not been blocked (yet). What I have warned you about is sending unsolicited (unwanted) PMs to people. If they ask you to send them a PM, that is fine
I have also warned you about your objectionable postings on the forum, which is why I deleted the forum posting you made earlier tonight.
If anyone gets unsolicited PMs from FM350, or gets harrassed in any other way by FM350, please let me know. He is very close to being suspended from the forum
Thanks
