As fitted standard to the Scorpa 4Tricks.....it would be kind to say they are RUBBISH (IMHO of course). May be OK for your requirements but in competition they will come off when you least expect it. The red part is just a soft rubber type compound that stretches over the black base. Reasonably firm when new, and a train-wreck after it stretches a bit.
