I am looking at either getting into bike trials or flatland BMX. Ideally I'd like to be able to try both. How well do you think a 20" trials bike would work doing flatland tricks if I add some pegs? Frame strength shouldn't be an issue but bike geometry varies a little. Has anybody tried it?

Fancy seeing you here
I have exactly the same question, but i see your not getting over loaded with replys. I wonder if there is a web site that caters directly to pushbike trials??
Im looking to buy a Mongoose Transfer, but its hard to get any information??

Re: Bike trials vs flatland BMX
well now i have a trials pushie as well haha ... neon conquer 26"
still have the bmx too
all i can say is they are like chalk and cheese to eachother
and pegs won't go on a trials bike too well
it could be made to work but they dont run standard axles
the axle bolts are much smaller so i doubt they'd take the punishment in the long run
