3D print your own Beta EVO mapping switch bracket

Postby JimsShed » Sun Nov 17, 2019 5:40 pm

Yeah it's Sunday arvo and no riding so I'm hiding in the shed.
Following on from the cable guide, here's another 3D printable item that's specific to Beta EVO owners who want to mount their mapping switch to a name plate after removing the headlight.

Any recommendations of affordable 3d printers which will print up to a size suitable for bike bits and pieces?

I have an Ender 3 printer. They're very popular and about AUD $300. To print these parts I'd recommend PETG filament or ABS. If you get a printer, be prepared for a world of variables (software settings, filaments, temperature settings etc), but I found it a lot of fun.
To actually design the parts, start with the free online software called TinkerCad.
