You can get a 428 chain dished rear sprocket from B&J Racing in the US or a 428 or 520 type flat rear sprocket from just about any bike shop in Australia. Standard chain is 428 but lots of people convert to 520 size chain.
Talon used to list a dished sprocket for the TY250 and maybe still do but I got one ordered in and it had too much dish and haven't tried them since.
If you get a flattie you will need to find a spacer (the centre of the old one works well for that) and recess the heads of the bolts into the sprocket to prevent the heads hitting the swingarm. Countersunk head bolts or screws work well for this.
To find the right flattie at your local bike shop, look up the TY175 hole pattern in their sprocket catalogue (same mounting as TY250 twinshock but flat) and go for whatever number of teeth you want. You can get steel or aluminium.

Thanks David. I found the local shop in Wollongong to the best in the area for parts, and they showed me the parts list for the TY's! There's still heaps available.

Feet up, as always!
