Gday all, does anyone have either or both of these laying around that they could measure the length of for me please?
Thanks in advance,
Cheers,

Re: TY250 Twinshock Rear Wheel Spacers
Are they the same for all twin shocks? I have a TY250a, if I can get to the bike I'll measure it for you. Is it the spacer on the right side?
Feet up, as always!
Re: TY250 Twinshock Rear Wheel Spacers
Gday Stu, according to the parts books the 175 has different ones than the 250. I have both bikes but with without a full set of spacers (left and right sides) for either bike and the fact that the sprockets line up OK on the 250 (with a flat one fitted) I'll need to make a couple to suit for each bike. So after all that, I need both dimensions but just the one from the right hand side will do as I can work the other one out from there.
Thanks,
Stork

Re: TY250 Twinshock Rear Wheel Spacers
Yes the TY175 and TY250 axle spacers are different.
If you are running a flat sprocket on the Ty250 without a spacer under the sprocket, the wheel rim needs to be moved 6mm to the right relative to the hub to get the rim in the middle of the frame. Because I want to be able to easily swap TY wheels between TY175 and Ty250, I keep my TY rear wheel rims central to the hubs and use a 6mm spacer under the (flat) Ty250 sprocket, or a dished sprocket.
I'll measure up the standard spacers for both bikes tonight.
