Re: OKO flatslide
Gordon,
1. Make sure it is not an OKO or SOKO or other brand copy from China. Genuine OKOs are manufactured elsewhere and conform with ISO.
2. The advertised jetting will definetly not suit trials. The seller makes no mention of the slide and needle which are also critical for your application.
3. A genuine OKO retails for much less than $280.
4. The throttle guide top may not be suitable for the Cota.
5. Dont be fooled by comments "the OKO is a copy of the PWK Keihin". The OKO/Keihin both use flatslide carburettor design and have similar dimensions yet there are significant differences.
6. Does the seller offer any warranty? Parts back up? Technical advise specific to trials?
Hope this helps,

Re: OKO flatslide
Thanks mate, it looks like a tin of worms that I don't want / need to open so I'll stick with what I've got until I know it needs changing. Out of interest what would one cost from your good self for my bike?

Please attach a photo (taken from LHS) of your bike so we can see the model. Need a clear view of the existing carb set up.
