Gday Pete, 360 cc in each leg is the amount, there is no recommended weight, 5 is usual, I use ATF Dexron 3 which is about 7.5 weight and heaps cheaper. Any brand is OK. While you are there it is probably more important to check the spring, I know mine has sagged a bit as the bike (99 Techno) has about 30 mm of static sag with the preload set fully in ( I weigh about the same as yourself). It should have about 10 mm on a trilas bike. Basic suspension rule that most people get wrong = Fork oil does the damping, the spring holds the bike off the ground!

HTH,

Cheers,
