rust in tank

:x rust in my tank can i treat this problem.this came about after the sand blaster never took care and filled the tank with sand when he blasted it then left it out in wet conditon what a f!!!!!!! plonker

Check out the info in twinshock- KT250 resto, it tells you all about tank rust in the KT and how to recoat the inside.
Put an inline filter in if you havnt already,I have one in my KT which has a bit of rust coming through,reverse flush every so often,its never been a problem for me.

fill the tank with vinegar to the brim and let it sit for 3 or 4 days, all the rust will be gone. Then always keep it full when you put it away or seal it with a tank sealer like POR15
