Introduction
Hi from Armidale, NSW. I have been riding bikes for years, but am looking to develop my skills with trials riding. I'd like to find out about clubs nearby, and what suggestions you may have for a 1st bike. Im 49 years old and a little out of shape, although round is a shape? Happy to volunteer at events of cook snags etc, just want to learn what i can.

Re: Introduction
Hey Robbie and welcome to the forums
A good start for finding a local club would be the MNSW page http://www.motorcycling.com.au/en-us/cl ... aclub.aspx and selecting "Trials". Their website was recently updated and it doesn't seem to include all the clubs, I can tell as Wollongong (The club I'm a member of) is missing. I would wait for some more replies on here first, but it might be worth giving the closest club a buzz as someone might know of a closer club.
This question is really difficult to answer as at the end of the day it really comes down to a number of factors. My own discovery of bikes led me to a 125cc 2010 Beta EVO 2 stroke (see: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9227) but depending on your budget, skill level, style of riding you have a vast number of options. I would say your best bet is to try and get yourself to a trial school or maybe a local dealer to get a test ride of the bikes. At the end of the day, if you buy something too big for yourself you can always tame it down by messing with the cylinder compression, using flywheel weights and variable throttles but it's always nice to just be able to just jump on your bike on day 1 without the extra effort. There is a trials school held down in Sydney through Paul at the hellteam http://www.thehellteam.com/trials-academy it's well worth the money.
Keep an eye on http://www.trials.com.au/events/ for upcoming events and just rock up and spectate, everyone is willing to talk between sections. The next is at Pacific Park near Sydney (bit of a hike for yourself). Personally I spectated at 3 events before I couldn't handle not being on a bike and just had to join in the madness.

Anybody have idea about Custom Trailers?
traillers344, please elaborate soon because your post looks rather spammy at present (not connected with the topic, contains an external link, first posting by new member, nonsense question)
