Hi Dave, yes dimensions basically the same with the Bully snail cams (405-420mm).
Don't know yet what these dimensions will be once aftermarket notched snail cams are introduced but I'm guessing similar.
I think Berry's idea with this swingarm was to make it adaptable between 250 and 325/350, hence the two allen head bolts 10 mm apart

My Honda swingarm from Berry also has the 2 allen bolts, i thought it was to give you different options ? Is your stand on the left hand side, if so i whish mine had of been made like that, it's a PITA when draining the oil on the TLR, because the drain is on the left & Berry put the stand on the right side

Mine on the correct side (right) for the Bully. If Berry fits those double allen heads to all his swingarms than I guess it is for adjustability depending on how big the snail cam is.

Hi Everyone,
Just sharing photos of some more parts, kind of gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling in your gumboots hey Graham So I have been back to the Emporium and it still amazes me:
325 Cylinder rebored with new piston and rings! Can someone please identify the 2 different triple clamps and which model/s they suit?

Left normal clamps 124/125 onwards, right 158/182/190 clamps for the short forks I think

I'm very much looking forward to when Greg has a nice 325 set up for trials competition. The things he does setting up his twinshocks should make it very nice to ride.
It will also be great to know how it goes back to back against his Piuma, as in which of them is the better

Matching numbers Bultaco frame found!
Hi Everyone,
Just sharing that we found the matching (sort of rolling) 158 frame under the house at the Emporium.
Ross, I see now what you mean about shorter frame, forks and swingarms, a 158 is more TY 175 size and dare I say it, like a 172.
Also I can narrow the round hole to elongated hole change to somewhere between 158 01114 and 158 01581
AND I picked these M99 wheels to order:
No lottery win Ross but I am very happy with purchases and I hope I am not the only one picking up parts in these unprecedented times?

With over 3 times as many 158’s produced than 159’s which seems odd to me but they were brought out around when those nasty ty175’s arrived and sections turned into mostly tight turns, anyway maybe they changed the bashplate Some where in the middle of production, all the 158-159’s I’ve seen haven’t had the slotted plate.

Greg there were quite a few different rear hubs in the late 60s to mid 1970s.
I went looking and found one of those "all aluminium" hubs you had spoken about but it came without a motorbike attached so I don't know what it is from. Looks nice though. Here is the "all alloy" hub I found tonight:
and here is the back wheel from my 1968 Sherpa T model 49. I think it is the same as was fitted to the model 10 and model 27 Sherpa Ts. The little spoke flange is riveted on.
And here is the hub that followed and was fitted to late model 49 , model 80 and model 85 and probably lots of other . This one is going on my model 85 Alpina

Hi Everyone,
David, I know you said no motorbike attached but something tells me that the bike you are imagining is nothing like the reality, I will let you think about it. Here is some photos of M49 rear wheel and what I think is M99 but not sure, warning that might be backwards?:
The sprocket mounts and brake assembly are the same.
However the springs and shoes are different.
The axles and brake plates interchange but the spacers are different.
So here is my theory about the steel spoke mount on small side of hub, I think they were worried about the spokes pulling out of the hub. Also I am pretty sure that the 2 holes is where speedo drive goes?
