Final preperations are underway for this weekends Trials Shcool with Jack Shepherd incorporating the 2019 QLD Trials Subcommittee's Junior Development Training.
For senior riders we have 3 training sessions planned which are quite well supported , groups of 6-8 riders in each session. We have tried to keep the group sizes down to ensure the participants get the most possible out of their time spent with Jack and have based our session over 4 hours which I believe will leave all riders very near exhaustion.
We have 21 Juniors confirmed ranging from very young kids on the smallest electric bikes just starting their journey into our sport thru to 15 year old B graders giving our senior riders a hurry on and rapidly heading toward the top level. It is fantastic to see so many of our future champions taking full advantage of the QLD trials subcommittee's offer to 100% cover all the juniors costs for this weekend and a very generous offer By the entire committee to contribute and assist in any way they can. To that end a Big thanks must go to Andrew Stacey for takeing on the task of maning the BBQ and eskys to make sure our kids (and parents) are fed and watered. An army of people to Thank who have helped out prepareing the property and constructing the bush hut for shade BBQ and admin. and also the Toilets and shower block for the comforts of home.Rob Gough, Mitch Green,Russel French,Rob Sinkovics,Bradley Bryant,Tony Bax,Billy Gough,Morrie Blanchard,John Miller,Jason Shepherd,Jeremy Laun and a few blokes from Logan Glass for thier HUGE EFFORT in making this weekend happen. I would like to thank Revolution trials and off road staff and their families in particular Mitch and Salina Green for their help and sacrifices made to make sure this event is a success.
We are hopeing for this to become something we can build on into the future and perhaps make it an annual event.
Thanks
Justin
