2014 Vic VMS series results - FINAL
Counting the best 3 out of 4 rounds in this years VMS series, the top Vic rider goes to Dylan Rees.
Most of the expert riders only managed 2 rounds but Dylan shows he hasn't lost any of his ability in handling the Sherco machine.
His dad made a clean sweep in the Masters class with Phil Lewis chasing him all the way for 2nd.
Zac showed he is still a rider on the move with a convincing win over Brendan Johnson.
Tim Lewis had a great run in B grade with Jacob Whittle not too far behind and Peter Dyer having a great 1st year in B grade.
The C+ class is alway a great fight with the older riders being challenged by the younger ones. In this case young David McDonald keep showing us he's still on the move with pushing Matt Hannaford and Angus Boyd just ahead of him.
C grade has a number of new riders with Adrian Maiolo taking 1 st place.
Jamie Isherwood shows us he's a class act by taking a clean sweep in 40+ but equal on points were Clive Halls and Phil Lewis taking 2nd & 3rd.
CZ factory rider Geoff Lewis had to work for his win with Jarrod Anskaitsis & Paul Sens closely behind.
The sidecar riders sure gave everyone plenty of entertainment with both Feet (Justin & Melissa) staying on the pegs with Chris Scrubb and Janina Gorsbi in 2nd and rounding out the class was Ross Osbourne & Marcus Wettenhall.
With the Sporting MCC club making a comeback next year, a 5 round series will be on offer again.
See you all at the Vic Championships this coming weekend.
