After the successful release of the 290cc Factory model, Betamotor has produced a very very special 300cc version. Lighter weight - only 65 Kg, more power, many billet aluminium parts, magnesium crankcases, titanium exhaust make this a very special bike. The bike is produced in strictly limited quantities by Beta's R & D department. Beta Racing can only get supply of one bike only. This bike will arrive here in mid May.
The EVO300 FACTORY brings the Beta FACTORY range to two models – the 290cc Factory and the 300cc Factory. The 300 boasts magnesium crankcases, 300cc capacity, titanium exhaust, billet aluminium front fork triple clamps, Michelin X-light tyres, larger clutch plates giving a bike that weighs in at only 65 Kg – 3 Kg lighter than the standard 290. All this at only $10200.
The R&D team at the Tuscany House has drawn on the experience of the factory World Championship team to produce a lightweight, state of the art Trials machine. This bike will satisfy the most discerning and demanding enthusiast.

ENGINE
1. Increase in bore size of 1mm to 79mm giving an engine capacity of 300cc.
2. A new domed piston and new cylinder head. The extra engine capacity combined with new piston and cylinder head combustion shape gives more torque and power throughout the rev range.
3. Crankcases made from magnesium alloy providing a 1.5 Kg weight saving.
4. New clutch plates with increased guide surface. This reduces vibration and ensures a more accurate and stable operation.
5. Red silicone radiator hoses. These hoses provide greater heat dissipation due to the characteristics of silicone.
6. Titanium exhaust gives a weight saving of 500 grams as well as increasing performance at high engine revs.
FRAME
1. New red anodised triple clamp CNC machined from billet aluminium providing a significant weight saving.
2. 6 different positions for handlebar mounting allows the bike to be adapted to your riding style.
3. New wave braking discs provide greater heat dissipation. This provides greater stability in braking performance. The photo does not show the wave discs.
4. Michelin X-light tyres provide a further 500 gm weight saving.
5. Anodized CNC ergal foot pegs are light, strong with high grip.
6. Many parts eg clutch and brake mastercylinder covers, oil plugs, chain snail cams, brake and clutch lever regulators in red anodised aluminium.
7. A new decal kit including rim tape makes the bike instantly recognisable.
